As licensed hearing professionals, my staff and I have undergone thorough coursework and hands-on training to fully understand all aspects of hearing loss, hearing testing, new hearing aids, hearing aid repair, and hearing aid service. We participate in continuing education to stay current with today’s rapidly advancing digital hearing technologies, as well as refining our fitting skills and techniques.
The patient’s journey begins in our professional hearing center, where we use precise testing equipment to determine the type and degree of loss. Next, we counsel our patients on their loss to help them understand their options, and then recommend the technology that will give them clarity. We also perform a demonstration of the selected new hearing aid technology so our patients can hear for themselves the improvement that can be realized.

We believe follow-up care and service at our hearing centers is crucial to patient satisfaction. We therefore schedule adjustments, maintenance, and cleaning appointments in advance.
